IC INFO
- Tony Stark from the MCU
- -Tony is a brat and also flirts with everyone, HOWEVER I am extremely open to and happy with gen threads because this mess needs more friends.
-Also very happy with antagonistic threads because he's a jerk with a sass mouth and he never shuts up.
-Shipping is also great. As mentioned he flirts incessantly.
Also can pull him from any other canon point upon request- IM1 all the way through (or past for AU things) End Game where he survives, either by a fixed Extremis injection (only for healing reasons, no superpowers added) or the more popular arm cut off theme. Whatever works easiest for whatever's going on!

SHIPPING
- All characters please 25+ for shipping for right now, might adjust to 30+ in the future, we'll see how it goes.
- Great Ship ✓ Tony/Pepper, Tony/Nat, Tony/Steve, Tony/Bruce, Tony...lots of people. Depending on the time he's pulled from there's so many possibilities. I'm open for nearly anything! Also very open to cross-canon CR ships.
- Okay Ship ✓/✗ Tony/Rhodey falls here but ONLY because I love their platonic love, but if built up could swing romantic.
- Notp ✗✗✗ Tony/Peter (Absolutely no romance or smut. However I LOVE Mentor/Mentee, found family, father figure father/son bond for them.), Tony/younger characters, Tony/villains (unless noncon then open to discussion)
Tony's Weird Crap
- Tony's Weird Things: Tony is not a very mentally stable individual, but he would never let anyone know that (he also won't get help for it though during IM3 he acknowledges he "probably" should be taking some form of medication). He is shown to struggle with PTSD and large scale anxiety.
-Does not like to be approached: Mostly from behind but from strangers in general.
-New York City: He hates it there, after Avengers, but especially after Ultron (Wanda's visions did a number on him). He can't stand the sight of the bright skyline. Especially hates it there post CW so much so that he ends up selling Stark (formerly Avengers) Tower and fucks off. Just a reminder of a failure to keep a family together.
-Large, vast, open, starry night skies/space in general: big no. He basically saw the end of existence in the form of "we are so fucked" by the vastness of space and what was coming to destroy them. This drove him pretty crazy and was a huge source of his mental issues. He can be outside at nighttime, he doesn't have a meltdown or anything but he can and sometimes will get sucked into an episode if he watches the sky for too long.
-The dreaded wormhole: Fixation or long duration of remembering this incident likely to trigger episodes. IM3 he cannot even hear the word itself without spiraling. But in Ultron he is seen making a joke about it. Small steps.
-Family falling apart: Anxiety trigger. He picks and chooses an already small social circle that he trusts (and even individuals within that tightly curated circle have betrayed his trust before too). Unresolved grief from his parents death (or murder, depending on where he's pulled), Jarvis' death shortly thereafter, leave him feeling vulnerable and anxiety driven when it comes to feeling like his chosen family is at risk of being lost. He acts like he needs no one, those close to him know this isn't true.
-Feeling Trapped/Boxed In/No Means of Escape: Has to do with the 3 months he was being actively tortured (IM1 is a brutal movie when you look back on it in the context of the MCU) and held hostage to do work.
-Daddy Issues: Tony's relationship with his father was extremely contentious and just all around terrible. I don't really forgive the whole EG rewrite of that relationship, posthumous "haha jk the best thing I ever made was you" doesn't count either. Do better, sir. Howard didn't make time for Tony and actively did not want him around and treated him like a burden. IM2 we see him shooing a very young Tony out of the room, calling for Tony's mother angrily to get him out of the way. Tony makes remarks like, "He wasn't my biggest fan", "He was cold. He was calculating. He never told me he loved me, never even told me he liked me.", and "a guy who's happiest day was when he shipped me off to boarding school". In tie-in comics, Jarvis is shown consoling a young Tony after his father melts down on him over who even knows what. His parents also clearly went on vacations around the holidays when Tony had returned from college to spend time with them??? Tony was a sad child and not treated well. My opinion is, plainly, fuck Howard Stark and I'm not really interested in having Tony do work to fix his feelings about Howard because Tony deserves better. Luckily he carries all that weight with a grin and won't really talk about this except in that charming "dear ol' dad" way. He doesn't want to talk about his father ever, though, if he can help it. Maria is okay. I get the feeling that, if only because his dad was terrible, he was kind of a mama's boy for a little bit.
-Bonus Weird Tony Content: He doesn't like being handed things unless it's by people he trusts.
